History

The pianist Bernard Job came up with the general concept of the project after undergoing a medical problem of no serious consequence.
In 2002, he decided to pass on all the profit of his recording of S. Rachmaninov’s Etudes Tableaux to an organization which helps people suffering from severe polyarthritis.

But it is in 2007 that Perspectives Musicales started its activities for supporting humanitarian organizations.
The following letter from Dr.Maryse GIL, president of the “Association Oleg” confirms the soundness of our undertaking:

“ Thanks to your generosity,the receipts from this evening , of which you have made Oleg the beneficiary,will allow us to purchase valves to be used in operations on hydrocephalic children in Vietnam and will contribute to the treatment of children suffering from aids in Burkina – Faso”

 Since Perspectives Musicales have developed his record label.

“We aim to expand our action by developing an approach to mentoring towards young musicians. By linking on the same CD the recording of a musician experienced with that of one or more young graduates of international contests, we want to allow this new generation to acquire a first calling card, often necessary to the construction of their notoriety.”
