Hello to All
I just see a few items given on site traffic Musical Perspectives.
The dots appearing on different maps of the world are now more indicative of a curiosity than a craze. But I never imagined that, just months after the creation of the new site, we would have visitors from forty pays.C is a very encouraging first step.
The principles that we develop, my friends and myself are in no way innovative, but now no longer based on wishful thinking for many of us wait for better days, and consider that egoistically others may meet up to our misery and suffering.
The world changes, the states are pulling out, leaving small and medium organizations, often unprepared for this mutation, suffer the brunt of the crisis and falling at times, too, in poverty they fight.
The musicians themselves are often at a loss, refugees in their wait, thinking that too often their talent inevitably will one day be recognized.
The physical CD is dying.
Streaming (listen free) is now a global power mode.
We, my friends and I even set Outlook Musical because we are assured that we are now witnessing a general upheaval of thought and modes of consumption.
It is clear that our seniors have not used the download, but I bet that in ten or so years, this mode of purchase will be fully integrated with our principles of consumption.
Our desire for 2012 is to bring a little optimism in this mess, to respect all economic actors: agents, small labels, musicians ...
We address only the crisis, nobody, no economist, no banker, no guru close to political circles, is able to have a vision of the coming months and what will actually happen ...
The principles that allow for an opening to another with the success that we know, like micro-credit, are still in their infancy and almost completely marginalized, they always will be tomorrow?
The musician can and should be aware that it is his own business. It has everything a little more confident, when he will find that subsidies do come in small doses.
We will continue to help charitable organizations by paying the full share of the profits made by different labels, physical disk and download.
We will help them gain more visibility by organizing collaborative events and giving them all the revenues.
We reverserons royalties to musicians, we pay farmers for their investment, we pay the SACEM and encourage composers to join us ...
If you are interested in the principles that we develop, if you know any players in public life: associations, professional musicians, who can benefit from this small stream of air, let them know Musical Perspectives
The team prospects Musical and I present you all our best wishes for this new year, hopefully, will be conducive to more positive elements than those developed in my column
Very Sincerely

Hello,
You have certainly learned from the press of the closure of a giant direct download Mega-Uplaoad.
Side effects are significant and lead to the destruction of the most gigantic collaborative media world.
Treasures are disappearing, any international cultural memory, a mountain of works that have never been profitable, often kept by the will of a few.
The closure, to fight against counterfeiting works most visible forces us to start a discussion.
Direct download profiting from the exploitation of copyrighted works was difficult to defend. Internet users will still have a hard time without access to a free catalog almost exhaustive works on a transferable medium numérique. On constatera simply an increase in traffic on peer to peer.
Instead of trying to integrate these patterns of consumption and sharing, the owners were not seen in the operation conducted by the FBI that a battle won against piracy.
It is obvious that people are not going to leave it at, even if enforcement resources intensifies.
Common sense, however, require us to perceive patterns of consumption less radical. Cultural industries are feeling increasingly threatened, and the artist realized he was capable of managing his career with much more efficiently than before.
The English critic Simon Reynolds has a thought that does define the new order of things: 'In the past, be collector was to say: I want to get their hands on something that nobody else has.' At a time of the rise of blogs sharing rarities, the speech is: I just get a hold of something that nobody else has, and I will immediately make it available for everyone.
Policies need to recognize these new realities, to find ways of making all free, without calling in any way access to a free and independent information.
Sincerely
Bernard job
