Aim of the association :
Founded in 1970, Aid to the Children of Vietnam (ACVN) is a non-profit organization. Member of the International Federation of the SOS Children’s Villages (SOS Kinderdorf International, SOS KDI), its aim is to contribute to the realization of projects to help vietnamese children in Vietnam.
Since 1970, ACVN used four principles that were used originally by Hermann Gmeiner when creating the first SOS Village in Imst/Austria back in 1949: the mother, the brotherhood, the House and the Village.
