Aim of the association :
I-Objective This objective involves the fight against poverty focused programs to improve living conditions of people as enrolling in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). II- Fields of Activities 2.1 Areas of intervention : ASDEB has five priority areas: 1 - Education and vocational training for Orphans and vulnerables young people 2 - Health and the fight against HIV / AIDS in young school community, school and community 3 - Micro-enterprise and promote employment of young people in precarious situations and fight against unemployment 4 - Community, supporting grassroots support and infrastructure sociocollectives; 5 - Population and promoting the rights of older persons; 6 - Strengthening the institutional and operational capacities of ASDEB. ASDEB supports orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) to overcome their situation of abandonment, to go back to school and / or receive vocational training and fit snugly in the socioeconomic life. ASDEB supports over 500 OVC, over 700 PLWHA, 25 Elderly News and over 150 families. ASDEB also supports troubled youth and unemployed to create their microenterprises ASDEB also involved in community development by building schools, libraries, rural roads and latrines. ASDEB also provides support to communities in managing social projects
Gifts usage :
-Educational and vocational support to OVC by enrolling them in school, vocational training, giving them food and livelihood, -Provision of medical care for OVC and the fight against malaria, diarrhea, eye problems, malnutrition and other, -Socioeconomic support to foster families, -Establishment of micro entreprises for families, -Support for troubled youth for microenterprise development, -Support for mothers living with HIV and AIDS patients, -Relief to people suffering the consequences of flooding Medical care and overall elderly (sight problem, food, shelter, clothing and support), -Building schools and libraries in rural areas to further the education of their children and prevent trafficking and exploitation, -Construction of rural roads to facilitate movement of people and goods, especially women |
